Hi, I am Cait the creator and owner of Sabbath Essentials. Born from a deep desire to teach other women how to restore their souls and heal their bodies from the inside out, Sabbath Essentials exists to help you find rest amongst the busyness of life. 

These products are created to not only be enjoyable, but more importantly to nourish your body at the cellular level. Today, we have access to so many natural products, but just because something is made with all natural ingredients, doesn't mean our bodies were designed to enjoy those ingredients. My promise to myself and to my community is to only produce products that are bio-appropriate for us so that you can be confident what you are using is safe and nourishing in every way.
